Osa Guobadia

MD, MBA, MSc, BSc, BA

Osa Guobadia, MD, MBA, MSc, BSc, and BA is an attending board-certified family physician. He is licensed in multiple states across the federation to practice medicine. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine, followed by completing his internship at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Yuma Regional Medical Center, Yuma, Arizona. Following completion of his residency, he has worked as an attending physician at various healthcare settings, including but not limited to outpatient clinics in Potsdam, NY, and Bronx, NY, nursing and rehab facilities in Brooklyn and Queens, NY, while also working as a hospitalist in Binghamton, NY, and BronxCare Medical Center, New York. He has a passion for working in underserved communities and populations. His desire to better health care access and delivery to underserved communities led him to pursue a master’s in clinical service operations at Harvard Medical School. With a master’s degree in clinical service operations from Harvard Medical School, he is eager to share his extensive experience and enthusiasm with the Houston community and the broader state of Texas. Outside of his medical career, he cherishes time spent with his wife and two children. A devoted sports enthusiast, he passionately supports the New York Yankees, renowned as one of the most celebrated franchises in sports history, as well as Manchester United.

Amy Rodriguez

MSN, FNP-C

Mrs. Rodriguez received her Master of Science from Frontier Nursing University, Hyden KY in 2019. She has over 13 years nursing experience that includes all ages from pediatrics, geriatrics, and women’s health. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for over three years, focusing on family and women’s health. She grew up in Pearland and still lives there with her husband and children. In her spare time, Amy likes to spend time with her family.

Shauna Rayls

APRN, FNP-C

Shauna is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in women’s health, bio-identical hormones, sexual health and integrative and functional medicine. She earned her Master of Science degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2020 and has worked in the medical field for over 12 years with care ranging from neonatal, woman’s services to primary care.

Shauna began practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic. This is when she began to really appreciate that our traditional medical system was failing patients. This drove Shauna into functional medicine where she would help her patients get to the root cause of their medical issues and ultimately help them recover from their aliments. Currently, she is working toward a certification in functional medicine.

Shauna will be seeing Ob/Gyn patients, as well as offering hormone replacement therapy for women and men, sexual health procedure (O-shot, P-shot), medical weight loss consults, peptide therapy, acute sick visits, and IV vitamin therapy.

Ikenna Anyabolu

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Ikenna Anyabolu has been in the healthcare field for over a decade and has a wealth of experience in helping adults and teenagers manage their mental health. Ikenna supervised a mental facility that housed over 140 patients. Ikenna focuses on treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy.

I create an environment of compassion, support, positivity and trust that helps individuals to feel comfortable to share their struggle with mental health without the apprehension of being judged. This approach helps to achieve effective Individualized treatment plans that are important in mental health management.

You should feel like I understand your mental health challenges, you have been heard and have communicated how you feel with ease. You should feel like you are included in formulating your individualized treatment plan and comfortable that the treatment plan would help you to improve your mental health. The passion that I have for this profession is having the ability to use my vast knowledge in the mental health field to help individuals to improve and manage their mental health, effectively.

Christina Martinez

BSN, RN

Christina is from Houston, Texas and has been a registered nurse for nine years. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from University of Houston Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s of Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. She began her nursing career in the Neonatal ICU and has also worked as a pediatric inpatient nurse.

Christina has seven years experience as a nurse injector. She has attended multiple hands-on trainings in Texas, Louisiana, Florida and California. She loves offering her patients subtle results and seeing how happy and confident they are with their new, enhanced appearance.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, scuba diving, traveling to new places, and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

Karen Couch

R.N., Pelvic Floor Specialist

Karen has decades of nursing experience, Karen Couch is a dedicated Pelvic Floor Specialist with a deep commitment to improving the lives of her patients. A graduate of Newport Hospital School of Nursing in Newport, Rhode Island (1985), Karen has honed her clinical skills across various healthcare settings, including cardiac care, home health, office and renal care management. After nine years of hands-on experience in labor and delivery, Karen expanded her expertise and became a certified Pelvic Floor Specialist in 2017. This certification enables her to focus on the treatment and rehabilitation of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD), addressing issues such as urinary leaks, frequency, urgency, constipation, and painful intercourse. She specializes in customized treatments and exercises to strengthen, relax, and rehabilitate the pelvic floor muscles, empowering patients to regain comfort and confidence. Outside of her professional life, Karen is a proud wife, mother of three adult sons, and grandmother of two. She values spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying skiing adventures.

Uju Okafor, PMHNP-BC

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Uju Okafor is a compassionate and experienced board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She is committed to helping patients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions through a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.

With over nine years of nursing experience across various specialties, Uju brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a holistic perspective to mental health treatment. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, equipping her with the expertise to provide medication management, supportive therapy, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Uju is passionate about mental health advocacy and believes in the integration of therapy and medication to foster healing and long-term wellness. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
